1 / Fearless Fund Has Set-Back in Its Fight to Help Black Woman-Led Startups
After the Fearless Fund’ won a stay of an injunction against its efforts to fund Black woman-owned startups, a federal appeals court in Atlanta put a temporary block on the Fearless Fund’s grant application program.
This isn’t the end for Fearless Fund as the case is now going through the appeals process.
It’s odd to watch such efforts by anti affirmative action activist Edward Blum. It seems inconceivable to work so hard to deny those who’ve been denied opportunities to finally gain access to funding.
